Hey!
Over the past 20 years, the path of yoga has led me to a deeper connection with myself and the universe of which I am part. Where at first doing physical asana brought me in touch with my own body and mind, pretty soon after the path of bhakti yoga with chanting mantras started to take me to a deeper level of connection, of finding peace with what is. To a state of devotion, a state of love. I feel truly blessed to be able to share this practice of nada yoga, the yoga of sound, with those who are interested in exploring what singing mantras can bring.
Her Story
Singing is like breathing to me, and singing mantras feels like my essence, what I was born to do. I was drawn to this type of devotional chanting when I started my yoga path many years ago. In recent years it feels like all my experiences as a yogini, a singer in different vocal groups and choirs, and as a teacher is coming together in sharing this beautiful practice of bhakti yoga and nada yoga, the yoga of sound. Singing with devotion, being totally in the present, in a state of love and full awareness. And sharing this joy with anyone who is interested in this path, in sharing their voice and their energy, that is the real blessing and gift that energises me and keeps me coming back to my harmonium, and to singing and meditation circles.
