Hello!

My name Lucia, many years ago I started a journey of self knowledge with Yoga as a consequence of feeling struggles with my relationship with my body and many issues on my self-regulation. As I met Thai Yoga Massage I found I can help myself to relax and get in balance at the time I help someone else. I understand the importance of connecting with ourselves and with others from a loving, respectful and compassionate approach.

Her Story

Since I was a child I have felt attracted to philosophy and spirituality, and at the same time I was feeling really disconnected from my own body and also from other people. Already being older, everything went south and I had to take charge of my own situation and that was when I first stepped into a yoga class. Since that moment the practice of yoga, becomes a strong tool for my self-regulation, spiritual and worldly care and growth. However, I realized that this wonderful practice that gave me so much was still an individual practice, and for me that was not enough. And that's how I found ‘Thai Yoga massage’ and I jumped to this powerful technique because I found that it allows me to get my yoga practice at the time I am helping someone else, I see it as an expanded Yoga, on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

I completed my Nuad Boran-Thai Massage training at ITM Amsterdam, which allowed me to dive really deep into this discipline, with daily massage practice and building my experience as a teacher at the school, where I was able to integrate my knowledge obtained other Yoga training, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, etc.

I guide my Thai Yoga massage classes, understanding that we are in a meditation practice, supporting gentle touch, non-violence, alignment, respecting my and the partner's limits, presence, and encouraging people to accept that it can take time to learn and we can make ‘mistakes’, and that is part of the process.
