Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, or simply relax and recharge after a tough day, Heal and Feel Yin Yoga is perfect for you. Join this rejuvenating evening yoga practice to become more connected, peaceful, and grounded. The class starts with guided meditation followed by relaxing breathing techniques. During this Yin Yoga practice, we will move through a series of poses. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing us to fully relax into the posture and sink into the deeper layers of our body and mind. As we hold each pose, we will use our breath to cultivate a sense of calmness and presence to release tensions from body and mind. The combination of long holds and deep breathing makes this Yin Yoga practice a powerful tool for healing, both physically and emotionally. ___ Your Teacher: Magdalena Magdalena has been working for about 10 years in a demanding corporate environment in finance. During that time, she dealt with a lot of stress and lower back pain. Thanks to physical exercise she was able to get relief but only in 2018 when she went to her first yoga class did her life change. By practicing yoga, she has found inner peace and learned how to let go. She realized that by connecting breath and movement she was able to take care of her thoughts and body. In 2019 she decided to take a sabbatical and travel to India to deepen her practice and knowledge about yoga. She thinks that we came to this world to experience happiness and live a joyful life. Especially in the modern world we should learn patience, compassion, and self-love. After coming back to the Netherlands, she decided to teach yoga to help people with their physical and emotional struggles, guide them to find their balance and inner balance through relaxation.
