Service Description
This class is specially developed for moms who want to go back to their yoga practice, reconnect to their bodies, and improve their post-partum recovery in a baby-friendly environment. This class has many benefits, so you can rebuild your muscle strength, tone your abdominal muscles, rehabilitate your pelvic floor and tune in to your body again. All of that with the peace of mind of having your baby with you, in a welcoming and safe space and a community of like-minded mamas who are going through the same stage of life as you. We recommend starting this class at least 6 weeks postpartum, and you can follow it until your baby starts crawling. Please bring: - All essentials for caring for your baby (spare clothes, milk/formula, diapers, etc). We have a changing cushion and wipes; - A blanket that they are used to, or any toy or stuffed animals they might like to play with; - A towel to cover the props in case of spitting or milk spilling. Good to know: you are welcome to (breast or bottle) feed and change your baby whenever needed during class and the teacher is there to help with them. Bring your baby and get ready to reconnect to your body in a juicy, invigorating yoga class!
