Dive into the practice of presence, where we'll teach your mind to observe reality as it is, not as you wish it to be. Through breathwork exercises and guided meditation, we'll prepare you to enter a deep meditative state. Rooted in the Vipassana technique but suitable for all levels, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to start or deepen their meditation practice. Every Friday from 8:00 to 8:40 AM at Karunika. Discover how meditation can help manage stress, anxiety, process emotions, and deepen self-awareness. The perfect way to start your day! ___ Your teacher: Mer Restless, chaotic, and nervous are some of the adjectives that use to define Mer. After several years of deep meditation practice, she has observed how these adjectives have been transformed into observant, meticulous, and creative. The simple act of learning to observe, listen, and feel the body in accordance with her mind has given Mer an inner peace bathed in acceptance, compassion and LOVE for herself. Now she creates spaces for whoever feels attracted to the freedom to experience what it is to see, feel and accept oneself - feeling the connection with the true state of BEING. She continues to learn new ways and methods that bring people into full presence. She is currently immersed in the exploration of body movement from a present mind as well as using breathwork as a valuable key to calm and teach the mind to be in that state of observation.
