Service Description
This class is suitable for anyone who would like to experience the powerful combination of Yogic Breathwork (Pranayama), Yoga Nidra, and Mindful Meditation. This trifecta helps you to create clarity, inner wisdom, and a feeling of well-being while letting go of stress. You will learn several easy breathing techniques to calm and ground yourself. Pranayama helps to soothe the mind preparing it for meditation while increasing and vitalizing your lung capacity. We end with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) - a profound relaxation practice to re-energize the body and mind. After this class you are so relaxed that you are ready to roll right into bed for a deep joyful slumber. All levels welcome. ___ Your teacher: Dhyan Dhyan has been practicing meditation for more than 17 years. He learned from teachers of different traditions around the world. These teachers inspired him not only to listen but also to investigate teachings by practicing for long periods in silence. Dhyan has done a Yin Yoga TTC in Amsterdam, and his current meditation practice is Dzogchen.
