Hello!
I am Sofia, a Greek/Italian poet, certified sound healer and holistic practitioner.
In my work, I create intentional spaces where one can connect to self, nature and the universe, through sound vibration and inner work. Combining my creative spirit with devotion and dedication to the practice is what I love most.
Her Story
Growing up in a country surrounded by myths and ancient philosophy soon opened my channels and my imagination towards spirituality. First, by deciding to study philosophy I became curious with all things about the mind and wrote papers on awareness and consciousness.
However, an inner call persisted when I first tried sound healing and so I decided to become a practitioner myself. This is how my passions came together!
My sessions are characterized by the inner journey that one takes when they surrender to presence and listening.
They often include creative visualizations and sequences that can help one develop their interoceptive (=inside) awareness and open energetic centers, from a state of flow.
Certified in sound healing (300hrs) and reiki (level 1&2), and after years of practicing with dream work, meditation, and more recently cacao, I often feel that the goal throughout the various tools stays the same: restoring our innate wisdom and reciprocity to nature…
