Hey!

My name is Synia. Let's explore together what it means to feel at home in our bodies and inhabit them fully. Through Terra Soma Yoga and Structural Integration, I offer gentle yet powerful ways to reconnect with yourself through movement, presence, and touch. My work is grounded in deep listening and a belief that healing can't to be forced, it unfolds when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

Whether you're curious to move with more freedom or explore how your body carries your life story, I’d love to welcome you into this space.
Her Story
My path into this work began with my own search for healing and belonging — not just in the world, but in my body.
Over the years, I’ve studied yoga in different forms, completing teacher trainings in both traditional Indian ashram settings and in Terra Soma Yoga, a nature-based, ecosomatic practice I deeply fell in love with in New Zealand. What drew me to this work was its invitation to slow down, turn inward, and truly listen. My classes hold space for free, intuitive movement, shorter guided flows, and embodied exploration — welcoming all that arises without judgment. It's not about doing it right — it’s about doing it real.

Alongside teaching yoga, I offer Structural Integration sessions — a form of fascia-based bodywork I studied with Anatomy Trains. Rooted in the lineage of Dr. Ida Rolf, this approach understands the body as an interconnected whole shaped by life experiences, movement patterns, and emotions. Through precise, intuitive touch, we gently support the body’s natural intelligence to reorganize toward more ease, balance, and presence.

In both the movement space and the treatment room, my work is about creating safe, non-performative spaces where we can explore what it means to feel truly at home in ourselves — with compassion, curiosity, and care.
