
Hi!
My name is Titta and I'm a trauma-informed somatic coach, yoga teacher, women's circle facilitator and energy healing practitioner. I've seen through my own experience that the more we learn to live in sync with our bodies, emotions and energy, the more balance we start cultivating in our lives—in the past years, it has become a deep passion of mine to guide others on this path as well. At Karunika I've taught classes like Somatic Reset, Yoga Nidra & Sound, Energy Medicine for Women and Womb Health Yoga. My classes are an opportunity for you to slow down, soften, connect with your body in a more authentic way and become a more embodied, empowered version of yourself.
Her Story
I’ve always been sensitive, intuitive and connected to my emotions—qualities that our society often likes to see as weaknesses. When I was younger, I believed in this story as well. I felt like I had to hide these sides of myself in order to be accepted.
So I tried. I did my best to blend in and be a version of me that was comfortable to others. But as you can imagine, that didn’t lead to anything constructive. The more I went on, the more colours started fading from my life and the more meaningless everything felt.
Until I decided that it was time to start exploring life the way I was deep down longing for—I immersed myself in yoga, holistic health and slow living, studying the nervous system and emotions and creating a deeper relationship with my body, learning how to work with energy and connecting to my intuitive wisdom as a woman. I embraced all my softer qualities and understood they are my biggest strengths. The more I started living on my own terms, the more my zest for life grew.
In this process, I didn’t only help myself heal deeply-rooted physical, mental and emotional blockages, but I also gained a deeper understanding of how it all works and started working with others to help them find balance through understanding of their emotions, body and energy—because our healing is not only for us, it’s to be shared with others, right? We are on the same journey after all, supporting and inspiring each other to rise higher.
